Three days in a field, one roll of film.
Festival photos usually come home as shaky videos of a stage you can barely see. A roll changes that: a set number of shots, flash for the night, and a weekend you develop all at once on the way home. DisCam keeps that roll on your phone, with or without signal.

No signal needed
Festival sites are famous for bad signal. DisCam doesn't need any: it works offline and develops every photo on your phone, so there's nothing to upload and nothing stuck waiting in a queue.
One roll for the weekend
Load a 36-shot roll on the first day and name it after the festival. A set number of shots makes you save them for the moments that matter: the first song, the sunset set, your friends asleep in the tent.
Pick Disposable mode and you won't see a thing until you develop the roll, ideally on the coach home.
Films for day and night
Each roll has one film, so pick one that suits most of the weekend, or switch rolls from the camera when the sun goes down. Some starting points:
- Golden for sunny afternoons on the grass.
- Fade for the hazy, sun-bleached look of an old festival snap.
- Flash ’99 with the flash on for the night and the tents.
- Mono 400 for the crowd and the stage lights.

Selfies with the stage behind you
Switch to the front camera in a tap for selfies in the crowd, then back again for the stage. Shoot Portrait (3:4) for people and Landscape (4:3) for the view.
The day on every print
With the date stamp on, every print shows the day it was taken in glowing seven-segment digits. Add the time too, and the line-up tells you who was on stage.
Share it when you're home
Back home, with signal and a charger, share up to 12 prints from the weekend as one collage, or send the group a few at a time. Write who was there on the bottom of a full-frame print first.
A few festival tips
- Bring a power bank. Your phone is your camera, your torch and often your ticket.
- Keep your phone in a zipped pocket in the crowd.
- Take a photo of the line-up on the first day. It helps you make sense of the roll later.
- Take a few shots in daylight each day, not just at night, so the roll tells the whole weekend.
Questions
- Does DisCam work without signal?
- Yes. It works offline and never uploads your photos. It only goes online to check or buy DisCam Pro.
- Can I take selfies?
- Yes. Switch to the front camera in a tap.
- Does it have a flash for night sets?
- Yes: off, on or auto, using your phone's flash.
- Can I keep the festival separate from my other photos?
- Yes. Give the weekend its own roll and stack. You can switch between rolls from the camera, and combine stacks later.
